Jeffrey Scott Bolender has more than 30 years of experience in insurance coverage, bad faith, and claims litigation, dating to his admission to the State Bar of California in 1994. He spent the first part of his career representing insurance companies, including founding and running a coverage firm that served excess and surplus lines insurers. He has tried cases and argued appeals in state and federal court, including before the Ninth Circuit.
